L’Origine is the first chapter of EP – Eduardo Pimenta Watches : a piece built slowly, by hand, for those who value meaning over speed.  
Each unit is assembled, tested, and regulated in our Swiss atelier — and signed with a letter to its owner.

At EP – Eduardo Pimenta Watches, every timepiece is made with care, precision, and purpose.
As each watch is hand-assembled and inspected individually, our shipping policy reflects both the craftsmanship and transparency behind every order.

1. Processing Time

Each EP watch is assembled and tested to order.
Our standard processing time is between 3 to 15 business days, depending on component availability and customization requests.

We will notify you as soon as your watch is ready to ship and provide a tracking number immediately after dispatch.

2. Shipping Regions

We proudly ship worldwide, directly from our Swiss atelier in Vuisternens-devant-Romont.
Our watches are carefully packed, insured, and sent with international carriers.

We currently ship to:

• Switzerland 🇨🇭

• European Union 🇪🇺

• Worldwide 🌍 (including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Asia, and Oceania)

If your location is not listed or delivery services are limited in your country, please contact us before ordering — we’ll do our best to find a safe delivery option.

3. Shipping Costs

• Free worldwide shipping on all orders above 300 CHF.

• For orders below 300 CHF, shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout, based on destination and carrier.

All shipments include tracking and insurance for complete peace of mind.

4. Carriers and Delivery Methods

Depending on the destination, we work with trusted international carriers such as:

• Swiss Post

• DHL Express

• UPS

• FedEx

We always select the most reliable and secure service available for each country.
Tracking details will be provided by email once your parcel has been dispatched.

5. Customs, Taxes, and Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional local fees, depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Once the package reaches customs, EP Watches cannot control or predict additional costs or delays.

If your parcel is held for clearance, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly for assistance.

6. Estimated Delivery Times

Because each piece is handcrafted and shipped internationally, delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing:

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

All parcels are shipped with insurance.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement or process a refund.

8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before confirming your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
