Your EP Watch is protected by a 3-year international warranty starting from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship
  • Malfunctions of the automatic movement
  • Problems with the hands, dial, or winding system
  • Internal faults unrelated to misuse or impact

Each timepiece is carefully tested before leaving our atelier, ensuring the highest standards of Swiss craftsmanship.

To remain transparent, our warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or improper use
  • Normal wear and tear (scratches, straps, color fading)
  • Water damage if the crown is not properly secured
  • Unauthorized opening or modification of the watch by third parties

For these cases, we still offer full repair and service options directly through our atelier.

 If you experience any issue, simply contact us directly.No intermediaries, no automated systems.You’ll be in touch directly with the watchmaker who assembled your timepiece.Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos if possible.We’ll respond personally and guide you through the repair or replacement process.

My strap is worn out — is that covered?

No, straps are considered consumable parts, but replacements are available upon request.

How long is the warranty valid?

Your EP Watch is covered for 3 years from the date of purchase.

What happens if my watch stops working within the warranty period?

We’ll repair or replace the watch free of charge, provided the issue is due to a manufacturing or movement defect.

Can I extend my warranty?

Yes. You can extend it to 4 years upon registration of your watch after purchase (coming soon).

Is water damage covered?

Only if it occurs under normal use and the crown was properly closed. Please avoid full submersion unless specified.
